Scope (Boundary)
This project focuses on developing a community-based honeypot management platform that enables users to deploy honeypots, capture attack data, and analyze cybersecurity incidents in a structured environment.
The system allows users to record attack sessions, payloads, severity levels, and geographical information related to attackers.
It is designed for cybersecurity researchers, professionals, and defenders who aim to analyze attack patterns and share threat intelligence within a collaborative environment.
The platform includes features such as categorized attack logs, visualization dashboards, and user-generated threat intelligence.
However, the system deliberately excludes commercial threat intelligence services, paid analytics tools, and vendor-specific monitoring solutions in order to maintain a research-focused and community-driven approach.
