Gantt Chart

The following Gantt chart illustrates the overall project timeline for the WiseTrap Honeypot System.

The project development process was organized into four consecutive Scrum sprints scheduled between late October and early December.

Each sprint included essential Agile development activities such as:

  • Sprint Planning
  • System Design and Development
  • Daily Scrum Meetings
  • Testing and Evaluation
  • Sprint Review and Retrospective

The chart provides a visual representation of how these activities were distributed throughout the project lifecycle and demonstrates the iterative development approach followed during the implementation of the honeypot cybersecurity platform.
